QKA Quarters is our newest Vacation Homes at Keuka Lake. Quarters is a four lot complex  located midway between Hammondsport and Penn Yan on Keuka Lakes East side. The houses are custom designed for Vacation rental with open designs, large spacious decks overlooking Keuka Lake. 

The house (s)  are four bedroom three bath including two master suites, laundry, rec rooms and lots of space to enjoy the stunning views of Keuka Lake.  The complex is a close  distance to the Switz Restaurant, Wineries and Distilleries. 

Dock Access and pontoon rentals are available at the Split Rock Compound about 2 miles south. 

If you already have a spot on Keuka Lake and need that extra space for additional guests, "Quarters" are an excellent option.
