OUR AMENITIES

Keuka Lake is a very special place that we have called home for 30 years. It is with great pleasure that we have opened up the compound with  three rental cottages plus the Annex. 

Our cottages offer the class and comfort you have been looking for in a vacation rental.  Keuka Lake is a special destination and we hope it will have special memories for you and

your family.

We are developing QKA Quarters up the road from the Split Rock Compound. QKA Quarters will mostly  consist of four four bedroom four bath vacation houses. You can see where we get the name quarters! It is also a play on words for Extra Quarters when your lake house is filled and you have extra guests. Quarters is convenient to Keuka Wineries, restaurants, and attractions. 

New houses completed in 2024 and 2025.
