​QKA Quarters is our newest development on Keuka Lake. Located midway between Hammondsport and Penn Yan, Quarters offers stunning views of the Lake. The property is along Keuka Village Road making it easy to walk or bike to restaurants, Winery's or the Distillery.  

The Quarters Houses are  designed as vacation homes with an open design with four bedroom three and four baths, including  multiple Suites. Lots of amenities including Laundry room, rec room, spacious decks, gas grills. 

The Quarters are also an excellent option if you already have a location on Keuka and need extra space for relatives and visitors.

Pontoon Boat Rentals and dock access are located at the Split Rock Compound 2 miles south of Quarters.

The house (s)  are four bedroom three bath including two master suites, laundry, rec rooms and lots of space to enjoy the stunning views of Keuka Lake.  The complex is a close  distance to the Switz Restaurant, Wineries and Distilleries. 

Dock Access and pontoon rentals are available at the Split Rock Compound about 2 miles south. 

If you already have a spot on Keuka Lake and need that extra space for additional guests, "Quarters" are an excellent option.
